Why has my credit card been declined?
Our order process checks with your bank to validate the zip code and the numerical portion of your credit card billing address. If your order is declined, please check with your bank to verify your billing address and zip code.

If your billing address is a PO Box, please list the numeric PO Box number first. For example PO box 123 should be listed as "123 PO Box" in the address field.

Please note that any credit card decline due to an address or zip code mismatch will result in a pending authorization being placed on your credit card. This is only a pending authorization and will not actually be posted. It will drop off your credit card in a few days.

Q: How do I order?
To order, simply select a category type or perform a search for your desired cover. Once your results have appeared, use the navigation arrows to find your desired cover and click it. Your cover will then appear on a new page. At this point you can select a frame type and specify a quantity. If you choose a Double Frame you will need to specify an additional cover and may continue searching within the product preview page. If you would like to order additional covers, simply perform another search, and follow the above steps. Once you have added all desired covers to your cart, follow the on-screen instructions to proceed with the checkout process. 

Q: How can I view the contents of my cart?
 You can view your shopping cart at any time by clicking "CART" in the top right hand corner of the any page. 

Q: How much does it cost to ship my order?
A: Our standard method is via US Mail, the first cover costs $5.95 with each additional cover costing $3.00. We do offer expidited shipping via FedEx for an additional charge. The FedEx shipping rates and types are available on the order submission page.

Q: Is it possible to pay for my order by check or cash?
A: We're sorry - all orders for TIME Covers items must be placed with a valid credit or debit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Q: How soon after placing my order should I expect to receive it?
A: Most items are available for shipment within 1-2 weeks. Orders placed with standard shipping should arrive in 2-3 weeks, of course we also offer priority shipping via FedEx for an additional cost. All FedEx orders will ship from our facility within 3 business days of order placement.

Q: How large are each of the available TIME covers?
A: Each cover is 11"x14". The single frame is an 11"x14" cover matted in a 16"x20" frame.  The double-frame contains two 8"x10" covers matted in a 24"x16" frame.

Q: What are the covers printed on?
The covers are produced on archive quality photographic paper with an estimated 25 year durability against fading.

Q: Will I be charged tax on my order?
Residents of the following states will be charged the appropriate sales tax for their respective state.

Q: What is the return policy?
A: Since the unframed and framed covers are custom-ordered, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds. 

Q: May I make copies of these covers once I receive them?
A: The purchaser agrees that the materials purchased are for personal use only and will not be published or reproduced in any way, nor used for commercial purposes.

Q: Is there a limit to the number of covers I can order?
A: There is an order limit of 100 covers per order; however, Time Inc. reserves the right to limit service at its discretion.
